Services
Aldraft already has several dedicated mechanical and electrical as-built teams in place, whose past experiences and legacy knowledge afford them a technical and commercial advantage of meeting budget and delivering exactly what the client needs to have a successful HAZOP meeting. We add value by understanding and providing the necessary accurate and complete plant control and instrumentation information to quickly complete a HAZOP meeting. All as-built projects will be done by these teams utilizing established and proven processes for field data collection, client drawing standards, drawing control methodology, drawing numbering and filing. Our contacts and process templates are also proven and in place.

Items Delivered for HAZOP As-Built Mechanically and electrically as-built Process & Instrumentation Diagrams verified by a senior piping / instrumentation designer and an instrumentation specialist, and cross-checked to electrical drawings.
As-built facility Plot Plan, including underground pipe and cable routings and underground equipment, tied to survey boundaries where a site survey exists.
Updated (or new, as required) facility Line List and line numbering on P&ID’s. (line spec based on material / rating information on exposed flanges, optional, per specific request)
Process Flow Diagram (optional, per specific request).
As-built Shutdown Key reverse-engineered by an electrical engineer from the current facility PLC program, or created from existing callout, RTU program, or relay panel setup.
All drawings meet current client HAZOP Review drawings recommendations and the Continuous Improvement Checklist.
Site Safety Procedures:
Aldraft site safety procedures and training for all field personnel conform to current governmental relations. All field personnel receive regular industry safety training updates.
Aldraft field as-built personnel work in teams of two people (minimum) to provide added backup / safety.
Aldraft supply all required safety equipment and PPE.
Mechanical as-built procedures are cold work and the current field pre-job hazard assessment procedure, as well as the Aldraft PJHA procedures are followed prior to any site work commencing.
Electrical as-built procedures will follow current client electrical safety procedures and the current field PJHA procedure is followed prior to any site work commencing.
